Great value for the location

Liked: Location so close to Fairmont Street, downtown Las Vegas (walking distance)Clean room and nice bathroom.Has an interesting vibe with the putt putt golf just past reception doors when you head to your rooms.Coffee located at front desk anytime of the day.
Disliked: As you get from downtown anywhere, there was the riff raff lurking in the area (nothing on the accommodation, just an observation) as i parked up in their open carpark across the road.The staff member i first interacted with had a bit of an attitude telling me to do my reservation on the tablet and make my own key cards, whilst giving the same attitude to another customer leaving late.Putt putt course was dirty and slightly neglected. " Needed a brush or a leaf blower"

Liked: Even before arriving, I was able to communicate with the very friendly and helpful staff to confirm some details. The room and location was as described and location was quite convenient. The property is fenced off and we felt safe. Thank you Lesley for your help!
Disliked: These are just being nitpicky to show why it is not a 10 considering price: The AC does not allow to set a specific temperature, but it worked fine. There was no fridge, it is not advertised so no fault there but it would have made for a great surprise. And we only found 3 sets of towels even though there was 4 of us, but the staff immediately hooked us up.
