Good value for the money...

Liked: Very good location, close to Fremont, very friendly stuff, big room, We felt safe
Disliked: Very bad smell in the room, Parking on the opposite site of the hotel, a Little complicated check-in, but stuff helps us. There was no fridge and microwave in the room.

Liked: It’s a very inexpensive hotel. We had a two queen bedroom and it was $52. It seems like it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean. The only real complaint I would have is the inability to adjust the thermostat. You only could adjust the fan speed. You could adjust it from off, Low, medium, high. But oddly enough, leaving it off, kept the room and a pretty perfect temperature for us. So other than that, there is no complaints at all especially not for the price. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: My only real complaint would be that there was no thermostat for the room and you would have to adjust your temperature based off of the fan speed of the blower. Which surprisingly to me wasn’t a big deal as we found a correct speed that kept it where we liked it.

Disliked: No comforters on the beds so we were always cold and had to turn off the air in the middle of the night.

Disliked: They will charge you a deposit, which you can read on your reservation details, but they will keep for over a month...... Even though they say they will hold it for 7 days.Pool is across a street and next to it is center for homeless people, so a lot dirty and noisy around hotel. Each room has a big windows, but all others guest walks in front this window to they room, so basic no private with not cover windows. I do not recommend this hotel.
