Liked: Across the street from the Van Buren which is where I was headed. Also close and in walking distance to a few other venues. It was a cute room. I liked the art
Disliked: My room smelled like cigarettes. And the floor had this weird sound when I’d step on it, like it was unsticking and when I’d step it would stick back to the floor. Also the vending machine wasn’t working. The numbers are broken.

A perfect stay and experience.

Liked: We had stayed here prior about a month ago and were delighted that the lady upfront remembered us and even gave us the same room. We've been to several hotels, especially in the downtown area of Phoenix. This one is the best we've been to by far (and cheaper which is weird but awesome) We liked it so much we quickly extended our stay here another 6 days. It's quiet, its clean, the checkin and renewal was easy, there's no bugs and we love the artistic vibe of the room. I would just highly recommend this especially if it's close to a place you are needing to go. We'll be back again, definitely.
Disliked: I couldn't find something to nitpik even if I tried. Just 10/10, the entire 9 days.

Liked: Location. Checked in quickly ahead of schedule.
Disliked: The bathroom had a leaky shower and the floor was always wet. It spread throughout the room. The air conditioner was very noisy.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff is amazing and very accommodating.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about

Can't wait to go back....

Liked: Location was perfect. Beautiful room. Comfy bed.

Good value for money in...

Liked: Downtown location, nice staff, remodelled rooms, window in bathroom.
Disliked: On the other side of the road is a club and it was very noisy all night long.
