Surprisingly nice!

Liked: Old motel, recently and nicely renovated. Very nice room.

Liked: Great location, two miles from Matthew Knight Arena. I was concerned because it's on a vertical busy street, but it seemed safe enough when we returned after midnight.
Disliked: Paid top dollar and were given a very smoked-in room. Billed as "non-smoking" with a paint job. Felt like I'd smoked a carton of Camels when we woke up. Very clean on the surface. Beds were pretty crappy.
