It w as soo bad,...

Liked: Location is great, facilities are dirty and tired. The wall had a 6" hole in, just plaster and wood.
Disliked: Everything except the location

Pleasant

Good thing it was just...

Liked: The only good thing was the staff was nice and bed was somewhat comfy.
Disliked: Our room had stains everywhere, not even sure the carpets have been cleaned, it smelled horrible in the room and out.

A let down

Disliked: Our room smelt of mildew. The ac on the wall had leaked brown down the wall. The pool wasn't working. If I had known that we never would have booked there. Very busy out back where it appeared people live. The walls are so thin, you could hear everything in the hall. The worst was the thick, musty and moldy air though. The carpets were so gross.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was ketchup stains all over the stairs on the way to our room and old food behind the night stand with the coffee maker on it. The tv didn’t work and the fan fixture in the bathroom wasn’t even covered

Good

Liked: The location. Staff.
Disliked: Too many unattended children running around the facility being noisy. The parent should accompany them when in the pool also.

Liked: If they offend breakfast we missed it.
Disliked: The pool was inside. It was small and something was wrong with it because the water was green. Not purposely green. Green from not being cleaned or chemicals not right.

Worked for what I needed

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The pool was down for maintenance but wasn't the fault of the hotel

Disappointing

Disliked: We stayed for just one night hoping for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, our experience was far from restful. While the beds were decent, we were immediately put off by the cleanliness of the room. There was a used complimentary shampoo and conditioner left in the shower and a dirty towel bunched up in the bathroom — clearly, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. On top of that, there was visible damage to the walls, including crayon marks, which made the space feel neglected.We were also woken up extremely early due to loud guests running and shouting in the room above us — the noise was constant and disruptive.The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, but by 8 a.m., there was hardly anything left except cereal, toast, and a few oranges. I grabbed an orange, only to find it was completely rotten — not surprising, considering there were flies everywhere in the dining area.Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price we paid, we expected much better in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality.
