Liked: Convenient to town, nice room
Disliked: Lack of microwave, insisted on making a physical copy of my credit card which is very sketchy and dangerous. They usually run one through the system for incidentals which is much safer. That will keep me from staying there again.

Good

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They refused to change my reservation or refund my money despite a major weather event. Staff was rude and lied about the manager not being available to talk to me, then lied about their availability and asked me to pay extra.

Bad

Liked: Nothing

Liked: Cute and quiet
Disliked: No

Liked: Good location, pool was nice.
Disliked: There was a gap between the door and the floor that kept the room quite cold. The noisy heater was running almost nonstop just to keep the room warm.

Exceptional

Liked: Downtown location.
Disliked: Room was very clean, but carpet was stained, but clean. I'm sure it must be hard to keep carpet clean with direct entry from parking lot.
