Disliked: Dear Team,My name is Piotr Novak, and I stayed at your property under reservation number 4973533703.Upon arrival, I was very surprised by the condition of the room. The bed was not made, the bedding provided was dirty, and no towel was available. I noticed that there was a large amount of clean linen clearly visible on the shelf at reception. I politely asked to use it and even offered to change it myself—but my request was refused.As a result, I decided not to spend the night at the property. However, no refund was offered to compensate for the unacceptable conditions and lack of basic service.I kindly request that you process a refund for the second night due to the poor quality of accommodation and the inconvenience caused.Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,Piotr Novak
