Great for young social backpackers....

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, clean bathroom and common areas for the money.
Disliked: Squeaky wobbly beds. Bedding smelt like someone had just slept in it. Dorm room was disgusting, sticky floors and stuff everywhere (including nail clippings all over bedside table). Staff should tell guests to clean up after themselves.

Worst hostel ever!

Liked: Nothing, place to avoid! Don't stay here.
Disliked: Booked for a week, left after 3 nights. Non-existent receptionist service, you often find the door closed and in the evening there is no one to check. Internally it seems half abandoned, dilapidated sofas (in which people who are not from the hostel sleep at night), very few bathrooms and showers (I saw 2 in the whole hostel (undersized). I had booked the room for 4 but in some 2 people slept in the beds. The street behind the hostel is frequented by junkies, you have to be careful. Avoid booking here, spend a little more and take another hostel. The worst in two years in Australia.

Disliked: I couldn't find a quiet place to read. Everywhere there were people drinking and making noise. Additionally, the Internet was extremely slow, I had to use my data better

Liked: Absolutely nothing. The place is awful. Avoid at all costs.
Disliked: Absolutely, awful, hostel From the moment entered. Refused entry even though booking had been paid for that day. Every single member of staff are liars trying to Fabricate stories your were rude aggressive and certainly no help Definitely no customer service here. Trying to get a double payment. To avoid a booking fee. Instead of through booking.com. Avoid for an easy life. Vy ferdinando and sonny rat pack....

WORST HOSTEL IVE STAYED IN

Disliked: When I arrived this property looked unkept and dirty, when I got into the mixed dorm room I could clarify it was very dirty. The sheets smelt and looked like they’d been used for the past tens years. The top bunk that I was on had no roll bar which felt very unsafe along with duct tape on top of the ladders to stop them being super sharp (fyi it didn’t work). The people I shared a room with left their key in the door so anyone could come in which left me feeling unsafe. I left and booked another hostel that night. I went back the next day and spoke with the manager who was adamant the room had been “deep cleaned” the day off my arrival and disagreed with everything I said despite all the awful reviews I later found online.

Liked: The people who work there like the receptionist or the people who clean are very friendly
Disliked: I stayed in room 15 but the window is on the lower side where people gather on a Saturday night until 5 in the morning to party. I couldn't sleep because of the noise. I didn't sleep well, there is no respect for other people's bedtimes here.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Although I didn’t like this hostel, it was in a good location for my visit and the things I wanted to do. Facilities were decent with a big shared dbathroom and kitchen.
Disliked: The room did not feel clean on arrival. When we arrived the bed was not made, after making the bed we found lots of hairs in the linen so asked for fresh and again found hairs. There were also people outside playing music until the early hours of the morning, so wasn’t a great nights sleep!There is lots of room for improvement. I wouldn’t stay again, I felt it was over priced and generally not very comfortable.
