Liked: Staff was very helpful and kind.the interior was luxurious and the room furnishings were extremely comfortable and refreshing.location is near the city center and very convenient to almost anything your wanting to explore in Austin.
Disliked: Unfortunately this location seems to be a busy spot for police action. Also we thought the pricing for the hotel parking garage was a little high for guests staying at the hotel and due to the difficulty of finding other means of parking and not knowing the area much we paid anyways.

great comfortable affordable stay in...

Liked: comfortable and spacious room, on site restaurant, outdoor pool with cool off fans and relaxing lawn.
Disliked: minor, no curtains in the room felt weird, I know there is reflective films on the windows but I felt exposed.

Didn’t want to leave!

Liked: Downright is too cute, love the design and style. The staff were professional, helpful and very pleasant. The hotel was clean, gym is well equipped, beds were comfy, AC got nice and cold, but our favorite amenity was def the pool! Poolside drinks were delish. Had a great stay and will stay again!
Disliked: Parking is pricey!
