Liked: Parking was a little expensive per night specially since you are already paying for the stay but nothing to call home about. The place was very cute, the vibes and aesthetics great.
Disliked: the room was dark, this could be solved by opening up a window or smt but at night the room was very dim.

Disliked: The confusion on breakfast, paid for breakfast didn’t get any breakfast

My Time as the Downright...

Liked: I enjoyed the overall vibe that the hotel had. The hotel's housekeeping did an excellent job every time. The hotel was as described. The location was the perfect spot in downtown which was accessible to any area in a short amount of time. The bed was large & firm. They had alot of amenities.
Disliked: I wasn't a fan of the front desk clerks. It seemed as though they did not care about assisting us. They lacked the enthusiasm to help. However, they still answered questions asked and were still helpful. They weren't as welcoming as one would assume to put it short. There was a smell throughout the floor of old smoke that I wasn't too pleased with. I felt as if the mirror area/sink could use more lighting. It felt too dark in that area at times.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and kind.the interior was luxurious and the room furnishings were extremely comfortable and refreshing.location is near the city center and very convenient to almost anything your wanting to explore in Austin.
Disliked: Unfortunately this location seems to be a busy spot for police action. Also we thought the pricing for the hotel parking garage was a little high for guests staying at the hotel and due to the difficulty of finding other means of parking and not knowing the area much we paid anyways.
