Modern Comfy Stay

Liked: Modern style, super comfortable, good gym and the staff were lovely
Disliked: The twin room was affordable, but this would be quite pricey if travelling solo.

Liked: Loved the decor, & branding. Perfect for a girls trip!
Disliked: The lighting could’ve been better. Was difficult to do my makeup. Food at the morning bird could’ve been better. Smoothie options would’ve been great.

Expensive and a bit weird

Liked: Checked in had to wait for a room after not being able to find our booking…. Eventually made it to the room which was spacious ( corner king) the cafe was really expensive and the coffee was awful… croissants were ok but overpriced…. The downstairs bar was pre mixed cocktails and limited food options , the salad and chips and fries were ok as snacks …It was a very bizarre atmosphere in the bar area…. Reception staff and valets were really friendly … cleaner did our room everyday but did throw away my half drank bottles of coke and sprite these were not near the bin but at my bedside table ( seemed very odd) overall a good stay but wouldn’t go back … ok location… bathroom set up was toilet and shower and sink was separate in the bedroom … also lighting was really dim so couldn’t put make up on as no light or table only sink area …. Hairdryer was poor and got red hot but didn’t dry very well… steamer for clothes provided and was good … coffee was better in the room but had to move machine as no plug nearby !!!!! This hotel was nice but could do so much better….

Disappointing

Disliked: The property was nice, my problem was a lack of hospitality. The bell hop/ valet was unhelpful, he asked if he could take our bags but then questioned why we needed help if we had so few bags. I just told him never mind and went about carrying all of my own things. The woman that checked me in was the only person that was kind and acknowledged me. Otherwise it was a cold and odd experience and not worth the money.

Liked: My son and I were in town to attend Texas relays for my other son and stayed here. The stay was amazing. Any time I visit Austin going forward I will stay here.
