Hospitality Starts at Reception –...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The reception staff seriously lacked basic courtesy and had no idea how to deal with guests. Their rude and dismissive attitude completely spoiled the image of the hotel right from the moment of arrival. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative one.

Overall adequate for our needs

Liked: Good location to activities, restaurants. Great shower. Great breakfast staff.
Disliked: Small room, small bed. Poor security, sometimes no one at the front desk, especially when we left valuables there.

Short stay in Victoria

Liked: Amazing location, very friendly, helpful and respectful staff, comfortable (but small) beds
Disliked: Breakfast options are cereals, butter, nutella, jam, honey and that's all. Juice, water, coffee, milk and tea. They made the toast bread for us (2 bread per person), the dining room was tiny and times were 0730-0930 so 2 hours for the breakfast.Sheets were not the cleanest so we asked for another one, same with the towels which they changed every day.Plugs on UK! No USB charger and no AC, just a fan which is enough for a tiny room like that.

Perfect for a short overnight...

Liked: Fantastic location very close to Victoria station (about 10 minutes walk) friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Room & beds were lovely but bathroom (shower room) small and a bit of a squeeze!

It was a lovely stay...

Liked: Convenient to Victoria Station, very walkable area, pleasant pub in the next block.The single, private en suite is very small but it was clean and efficient.All the rooms seemed to be far enough apart so I never heard anyone else.

Good

Liked: Location was great for our trip. Seeing a show at Victoria Apollo. Staff friendly. Beds made and clean towels daily.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great.A few boxes of cereal, 3 flavours of yogurt and white toast, no option of brown bread.
