Good budget stay

Liked: Location was great. Staff on the front desk were very friendly.
Disliked: Booked a triple room, looked a good size in the photos but it was tiny. No shower gel or shampoo was provided only small hand soap.

A reasonable stroll from Victoria.

Liked: Near to Victoria coach & train stations. Clean premises & rooms.
Disliked: As seems to be the norm with these type of buildings, no lounge area & the breakfast room is in the basement & is too small for the amount of guests.

We had a good stay...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor with a heavy suitcase and there wasn’t a lift, the free breakfast was very basic - toast and cereal

The hotel cannot control the...

Liked: An easy 10 minute walk from Victoria station.
Disliked: Not realising that there was no lift to take us to the third floor where our room was. No real information to suggest our room was very small with a double bed up against the wall and the width of the door the other side front.
