We had a good stay...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We were on the 3rd floor with a heavy suitcase and there wasn’t a lift, the free breakfast was very basic - toast and cereal

The hotel cannot control the...

Liked: An easy 10 minute walk from Victoria station.
Disliked: Not realising that there was no lift to take us to the third floor where our room was. No real information to suggest our room was very small with a double bed up against the wall and the width of the door the other side front.

Really nice hotel you pay...

Liked: The breakfast lady was very welcoming and lovely vibe from her.
Disliked: The decor of the hotel needs updating and a fresh lick off paint.

Central London so expected it...

Liked: Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Very small rooms. Had requested cot for 1 year old and confirmed it was available before travel - cot was broken travel cot with no mattress. Staff member attempted to fix but not possible - they provided towels for baby to sleep on in the broken travel cot. Fortunately brought own bedding although had been told when I phoned to check, that it would be provided. Breakfast comprised plate of toasted white bread. Could help yourself to limited selection of cereals. Also coffee and tea - and no high chair. We did not stay for 2nd night.
