Passable

Liked: Great location close to rail station and easy to get to and from which was what we needed. Hotel allowed us to check in early which was great, although there was also a bag drop service if they hadn't been able to.
Disliked: En suite bathroom doesn't allow much privacy as was just a screen door to the bedroom, and couldn't move around in there it was so small. Sink in bedroom next to one of the beds. Some furnishings a bit run down.

Disappointing

Liked: Located within walking distance of food, bus, and train station.
Disliked: Bathroom "door" was a sliding plastic curtain. The breakfast for a bed and breakfast was just cereal and toast. Having to give room key every day we left hotel.

If you are looking for...

Liked: Comfy clean bed.
Disliked: Breakfast. It's not really a breakfast. Two slices of toast, yoghurt, and cereal from a very dated dispenser.

Liked: The staff! Absolutely wonderful & couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is on a wonderful street and is literally minutes from Victoria rail & tube station.
Disliked: Very old & tired looking. The twin room is really small. No room for large cases etc. No where ( other than a tiny stool ) that you can sit - other than the bed. No drawers - No wardrobe, few hangers on a tiny rail…

Budget hotel, lovely staff.

Liked: Location was great. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Check in & out was so easy and quick. Relatively quiet considering the area. Felt quite safe.
Disliked: The room wasn't the cleanest and it was very small. The fan in the room really didn't do much, but at least we could get the windows open a bit. It was a struggle getting big cases up & down the stairs, so if you have any heavy luggage, be aware.

Liked: Location was great. Staff on the front desk were very friendly.
Disliked: Booked a triple room, looked a good size in the photos but it was tiny. No shower gel or shampoo was provided only small hand soap.
