Gorgeous hidden gem

Liked: Beautiful setting. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Leisure facilities brilliant with pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, croquet, tennis court and a putting green.
Disliked: Our dinner choice for the main course was a maple syrup chicken dish but it was way too sweet and tasted like a dessert. The dinner menu was £50 for two courses that was a bit of a disappointment, although the other choices looked great. Unlucky choice for me. Two others in my group felt the same and we sent the dishes back unfinished.

Lovely location for overnight stop

Liked: Beautiful location. Loveky gardens to relax in. Apartment spacious and very clean.just are steps from main hotel. Staff all helpful.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant selection restricted and not to suit all tastes. Normally I can find something on any menu to like but struggled here with dinner selection. Breakfast good however and service well organised and prompt.
