Liked: The staff is honest and fair. When I asked why this room looks so run down, old and broken, she told me that ‘ all the room in this resorts are like this , sorry about it.’Apart from staff, there are no bed bugs and bathroom was in working condition which was good.
Disliked: You need to experience this.. I can’t explain here.

Disliked: Room wasn’t clean, smelled of cigarettes, broken furniture and dated throughout. For the cost it was an extortionately overpriced accommodation which is tired, messy and lacks any resemblance of comfort. You’re charging through the roof for a 1980s motel with a dated pool and hot tub, loud neighbours and unclean space to sleep. We couldn’t leave fast enough the next day.

Great value hotel

Liked: We had checked in here as a group of 4 for 1 night. Originally we had been camping but due to weather conditions decided to check in for the last night of our trip to Banff - it was cheap and available so had very little expectations going in.The hotel staff were friendly from check in to check out. Our room itself was great 2 large comfortable beds , spacious balcony and living room and a small kitchen with all the appliances we would have needed. Both bathrooms were very clean. Although it wasn't needed it was nice to also have a fireplace.Leisure area / waterpark was a great amenity. Waterslides and hot tubs were fantastic! Though the only pool itself is quite small.Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend it for the price point.
Disliked: Our room was not available at check in time and there was a similar issue for other guests in the lobby.

Too old apartment, needs renovation

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: The room was not ready on time and waited for almost 25 minutes after 1600, to get the key. Left some food in the fridge and the housekeeping staffs, threw this away assuming that we had already left the next day morning which was extremely disappointing. The reception staff and manager followed up on this and have provided me with a reasonable discount to compensate and is appreciated. Free bus ticket was great.
