Exceptional
Liked: Just five minute away from downtown in a very quiet neighborhood away from the crowded streets of Banff. The room was big, clean with a very well equipped kitchen.The structure also has a waterpark and hot tubs.
Disliked: No breakfast, no bar serviceThe vending machines didn’t work properly

Liked: Good space, great location
Disliked: Sheets were damaged, some of the furniture was damaged. A bit tired.

Great family room
Liked: The family loft suite was perfect for our family. The kids loved the water slides and play area. Beds were comfortable and the extra washroom upstairs was very convenient.
Disliked: It was relatively expensive though probably in line with costs in Banff

Liked: The location and the accessibility
Disliked: The furniture was super old and in decrepit condition, the sheets had holes on them and there was not enough blankets. When cleaning they never refilled the amenities (shampoo, toilet paper, etc) had to called several times to replacement.Trash was left in the room after cleaning.
