The only problem was that we would have liked to have coffee in the lobby instead of lemon water - cold, damp weather was not a draw to lemon water; in the morning there was coffee but that coffee wasn't hot. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was kind and polite.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay at the Double Tree in Tinton Falls, NJ. The hotel was really nice - rooms were immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: staff is not trainedHILTON IT failed and the host struggled finding our booking. this can happen BUT he did put everything on booking.com when the mistake was on them. our rooms have been booked to someone else. instead of upgrading us to compensate, the manager refused and downgraded us. this is very poor customer service specifically when being responsible of the situation.
