Liked: The room was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool area is beautiful, and the staff was great and attentive. The complementary breakfast was amazing! Body care products are a great choice.
Disliked: The room smelled like mold, no TV guides, sofa bed needs new mattress can feel all the springs.

Liked: Nice family feeling
Disliked: While the staff were very nice, I was pretty upset with the shabbiness of the room- stains on furniture, carpet so awful, I kept my flip flops on always. I considered leaving, but it was late and just one night. I truly can’t understand how this could be a four star- I’ll never trust the star system again.

Liked: breakfast was great
Disliked: our bathroom shower was dirty, hair in the drain and on the wall. The body wash soap dispenser was empty.

Disliked: Our room had a musty smell and the ac didn’t work correctly. Old shower. Small shower space

Comfortable and fun stay.

Liked: We liked breakfast room. Would of liked the hidden garden to open earlier in the afternoon.
Disliked: Probably need less furniture in the rooms and some updating - but on the whole we enjoyed.
