Very clean and comfortable stay!
Liked: The rooms were very clean, location was super convenient.
Disliked: Staff really lacked good customer service. It was pretty annoying that they refuse to clean rooms during this time due to covid 19. I understand they want to limit the contact, but they should handle longer than 1 day stays better. They don?t even call to check to see if you need any toilet paper or towels, it shouldn?t be up to the guest to walk to the front of the hotel to ask for the necessities. Also when I had to call them because I had a question, I called them for over 30 minutes, finally I went up to the front and the woman working the check in area was cleaning the floors with her airpods in.

Not to happy
Liked: The pool was nice
Disliked: The AC in the room didn?t work it kept going out so the room got hot! Also the room was dirty when arrived could see hand smudges on the door knobs there was gummy bears and trash on the floor in the room.

Comfortable clean rooms
Liked: There was no breakfast, it was advertised included breakfast but that information was false, along with the location. It is not on Camelback instead its on vanburen.
Disliked: The location and false information on the booking website. Not worth the price without breakfast included. I was traveling with kids and it just made things harder and more stressful.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: First off, they went WAY overboard with Covid-19. We'd been travelling for 5 hours and I had to pee; like NOW. "I'm sorry, you'll have to wait until I can check you in. We have no open bathrooms in the lobby area." There were a couple people to check in before me. I was like a 3 year old dancing around trying to hold it. It was embarrassing and extremely stressful. I just couldn't get past it and felt it was terrible customer service. The courtyard outside had leaves with bits of garbage strewn about. It was obvious it wasn't being maintained. The room itself was clean.
