Overall my experience was good.

Liked: The location really out-stands the most for me. And the space was nice.
Disliked: The couches was to dark.

Liked: When you first walk in you are greeted with a smile and a cookie. I was mad on my first day by Carly and Jeremy and training I was tired. It was a long ride into Orlando but they were quick and kind. Unfortunately, there was some serious issues, and I had to go down to speak to the front desk a few times, but it was taken care of by Carly. Unfortunately no one else bother to get in contact with me. Super close to Disney Springs literally felt like it was right across the street. There are shuttles a variety of them and they are literally every hour super easy to book. The breakfast was definitely a nine. Giselle at checkout was kind and quick. And the grey beaut in the store is kind and helpful. There is also an ATM downstairs outlets and a seating area. They also give you water every single day, which I thought was amazing and definitely cut costs and guess who have to go back-and-forth to the parks they give you a voucher for a DVD so you’re not paying for that, and there is a DVD in the room. Incidentals are $75 dollars a night.
Disliked: So there was some serious cleanliness issues and the rooms need to have been kept up with a little better and when it comes to staff at night, there is literally only one person at the desk, one security guard and one cleaning person so don’t have any emergencies overnight lol they really should have cameras. There are no cameras and the laundry area I spending area or in the hallways that needs to change for the staff safety as well as the safety of the gas. I did not feel comfortable walking in the halls when I had an emergency, there was nobody to talk to, and nobody to ask for assistance. The escalation of my issues in the end of our stay was literally an email very impersonal and disappointing.

Kindness over luxury

Liked: As any place you visit it’s not quiet home but it should resemble home or better right ? Well the doubleTree had many many flaws like it says newly renovated but it wasn’t tub needed glazing ,the couch needed reupholstering and a deep cleaning. Carpets needed to be shampooed ac vents to be cleaned our allergies bothered us THE WHOLE TRIP. But with any flaws you have a silver lining like Ms june who was so apologetic for the room being gross upon check in. Carliegh who walked me upstairs to check the new room and the others who did things like being kind and polite in the store. Offering water vouchers which was a nice add on. In summary if you looking for convenience or luxury good option; the customer service will help you as best as possible with a smile. And your just a short walk from Disney springs. There is a shuttle it’s very old and not the newer ones, breakfast has options but closes at 11:00am so after a day of park hoping you may miss it. Otherwise enjoy it
