Disliked: The grounds needed clean-up and maintenance - there was garbage all over and just landscaping around the parking area was in rough shape and made the place look bad.

Liked: I liked that the rooms on the ground floor have access to a veranda with their own sun loungers and umbrella. nice pool area and great clean big beach.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovations, in general it is a standard old hotel like many, this quality is not worth the money. old noisy air conditioners, old doors and windows... there is no renovation in public areas, everything is very old. When checking in, I was charged for parking, although I said that I didn’t have a car, I also had breakfast paid for in my reservation, but they didn’t give me any information about it. this is unpleasant or it is unprofessional staff or they did it deliberately. A very unpleasant impression was left by the waiter at breakfast, a man with long hair, who was so dissatisfied with his facial expression that it was unpleasant to come to breakfast, it’s good that he didn’t work every day.

Disliked: The room that we booked was not available when I arrived on property. I was given the “next best room” but I was not impressed at all. The water view was a side angle view of the oven. Not a good view of the sunrise - also, the property needs a total renovation - room door broken would hardly open, tv hanging off the wall at an angle, shower slide door damaged wouldn’t close, deck that goes from pool to ocean was falling apart. Broken boards, holes, causation cones everywhere. Not worth the $$$ paid. The only thing nice was the view from the tiny balcony and the staff members are great.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and courteous! Room was clean. Good location!
Disliked: Not enough pool area or hot tub area for two towers! One small pool and small hot tub always filled with children is not accommodating! Bed was rock hard very uncomfortable to the point of painful every morning! People smoking marihuana every night!

Liked: It was near the beach
Disliked: We were placed in three rooms. The first two rooms the front door did not lock. We had to call the front desk who changed our room to a second room. We went to the second room tested the front door and found out that the door did not lock. Maintenance man was called who tested the door and confirmed the door didn’t lock. Front Counter attendant placed us in a third room where the lock worked and we continued our stay.
