Liked: Property was clean and nice overall. Staff were helpful. We were traveling with an infant and they were able to provide a pack and play
Disliked: Some elevators were broken but appeared to be in the process of being repaired. Did not affect overall ability to get an elevator

Liked: Large room with kitchen facilities, very comfortable and quiet despite this being a large hotel. Very clean, it gives the impression of being new, pool clean easy to access. Downstairs the bar had live music of a very good standard, and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful.
