DoubleTree Suites By Hilton Dayton/Miamisburg

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of cookies when we arrived, but when we checked out I explained that we didn't get any. They really made sure that I would have a nice snack on the road home.

Liked: Great location near restaurants, shopping etc. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Quick cabs; friendly staff.
Disliked: No shuttle; Sunday brunch no food.

Disliked: The staff one man was rude I ask for his name he would not give it to me then said his name is bob after 5 minutes of me asking they didn’t clean our room the shower was broken it was horrible

Liked: It was close to the facility we needed to go to
Disliked: The room wasn’t ready, staff didn’t explain anything. Card was “declined” called bank they didn’t even run my card then all of a sudden it took it. You pay for breakfast that is all microwaveable things and not good quality.

Great comfort at a reasonable...

Liked: We always stay at the Doubletree went in Miamisburg. It’s a beautiful hotel and the price is always right. The staff is courteous and kind. It’s our favorite.
Disliked: The only real complaint I guess I would have is that the sofa in the suites are not very comfortable and most of them are broken. But we don’t really sit on them very much so it doesn’t really matter.

Could potentially be back when...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and the setting was well done better than most hotels in that price range.
Disliked: Property was under renovations for the winter which is weird because the room I was in had no lights in the bathroom area and no mirror. The front desk was no help however when the renovations are complete it will be a nice hotel.

Bad service. Bad security

Disliked: Low water pressure, unprofessional staff, security doors not working. Bad smell in the hallway.
