Liked: The air conditioner was great but a little noisy and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: We had problems with the key to the front door We had maintenance come every day to open it and the back door twice.

Disliked: Elevators was horrible couple got stuck on one for 30 min The commode ran continuously after calling to get them to fix it And the person below us smoked pot the whole time we couldn't use the backony

Liked: I loved the ocean room was clean and pet friendly
Disliked: Had to evaluate in the night never was told what happened the TV did not work in other room.When we got there my key would not work had to put something new in it.Went to breakfast ate and had to pay way to much but were told when we checked.in we had the breakfast paid for.
