Loved that it was walking distance to the BOK Center. Room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Lived up to our expectations...

Liked: Good location and exactly what we expected of this chain

Overall good stay, clean hotel...

Liked: Helpful staff at front desk. Secure parking (which you pay for).
Disliked: Blow dryers in room are old school and basically bad. The beds had a mattress only on a platform which puts the bed really low to the ground. And it was not that comfortable.

Disliked: I reserved 2 rooms. Arrived at 6:00. When we walked into the rooms we were gives neither were fully cleaned. Both had been started but not finished. Had to go back to desk to get different rooms.

Liked: very nice hotel convenient to convention center and BOK for walking
Disliked: away from everything else like bars and restaurants

It was okay.

Liked: Lauren was excellent and deserves to be promoted ahead of her peers! Her knowledge of the area was awesome. Tally’s was the food hit of our stay in Tulsa.
Disliked: The shower wasn’t very strong. Food at restaurant was mediocre. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Did not live up to...

Disliked: Parking was difficult and there was no valet service. The bar didn’t have a blender so no margaritas. No dining room just a corner of the bar. No room service so we Ubered to various restaurants.
