Liked: Excellent customer service.John helped us to arrange closer parking as we had mobility issues. Front desk very kind and accommodating. This is always our go-to hotel in Niagara Falls@
Disliked: The only complaint was how incredibly low the toilet was in our room 504. We have never had this experience. Perhaps something to look into

Liked: The place is great and the reception girls and concierge very nice. Awesome view on the falls and spacious room. Very nice swimming pool with hot jacuzzi as well. Starbucks bar at the entrance open till late
Disliked: Everything closes at around nine pm. and despite the great location, there is no way to have an actual dinner after that time. You have to call a delivery service outside the hotel. We are a family of 5 and had to sleep in two big beds, since, despite the reservation for 5 and chance to ask for 5th bed availability for free, there was no couch extra bed and we have been asked an extra fee for an additional cot. Getting into the room, we found a crib for our almost 5 years old kid! What seemed to be the reception manager hasn't been as nice and caring as the girls and questioned the reservation process

Liked: The service was friendly and efficient. The rooms and the view were nice. The complimentary cookies were a nice added touch. The location of the hotel was central to other amenities and was walkable.
Disliked: The rooms were tidy and upkept. The only thing I would say of improvement would have been the bathroom. The tub , sink, and areas surrounding could have used some more scrubbing.
