Nice breakfast with an unpleasant...

Liked: Great location and very comfy room
Disliked: We had a lovely room and really enjoyed the breakfast, but unfortunately, our experience at check-in was disappointing. The lady at reception was unfriendly and made us feel as though we were bothering her. When I asked a question, she responded quite abruptly, asking me to let her finish what she was doing, which came across as rude. I considered reporting it at the time but we were in a rush. It did leave a negative impression at the start of our stay.

Disliked: Front desk staff during check-in could be more friendly.

It was a pleasant stay.

Liked: The spacious bed and the location is nearby old town. Breakfast was great too.
Disliked: The gym was a bit small capacity and the nearby elevator was not working well going to the pool area.
