Disliked: Drilling took place from 10am-1:30pm. I was on an important webinar for work and had to leave the room. It was loud and not workable.

Excellent, would choose again!

Liked: Everything is fresh, new and clean, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The phone number to the front desk that is listed on all websites just rings constantly. Only way I could get ahold of the front desk was through the text message service they provided at check in.

Exceptional

Wouldn’t bother until refit is...

Liked: Property was under renovation. Very basic, sink was completely blocked. Noisy neighbours at 3:00am did not help.
Disliked: Not in walking distance to any good eateries. Very wide and busy road and they’re all on the other side. Thin walls.

Liked: Bed is comfortable and clean. Different softness of pillows. Friendly staff at check-in.
Disliked: Just learned hotel is under big renovation upon check-in. No indoor pool as advertised. In- room coffee tray not replenished from previous tenant. Room layout is kinda odd. Vending/ice machine sign is a lie.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: It was under construction that was not listed to my booked. It was pretty old and rundown. but there was no hot water. Their toilets had a hard time flushing. The breakfast said they advertise. It was not a breakfast. It was granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. There is a lot wrong with this place. Very disappointed.

Bad

Liked: The bed/mattress seemed comfortable
Disliked: The room had a bad odor, the bathtub had a big chunk missing and was rusty. None of the amenities listed were available...No front desk, no restaurant, no breakfast or dinner buffet, no pool or hot tub, no fitness area, no outdoor seating...all the other floors were under construction...going down the stairs all the doors were removed to the other floors.

Liked: Honestly nothing.
Disliked: I know there are renovations. But finding the entrance was nuts. Outlets didnt work in my room. Lamps didn't turn on. All dated, dindy, old, renovations going over a year now? Completely overpriced for such a subpar experience for Holiday Inn, shocking.

Poor

Disliked: Everything was subpar, dingy, dated. Many outlets didn't work. There was no soundproofing i could hear everything out in the hall and other rooms. Hvac system was so loud i could barely sleep. Some lights didnt work. Just shabby.
