Liked: Almost all was a good experience. Restaurant food very good, overall I enjoyed the 3 days
Disliked: What I didn't like, well who ever is reading this. Are you You young or old? The toilet is too low, the tissue is hard to reach, the TV control and what can be watched needs to be better, more choice. This is the 21 century. TV programs are not a money loosing inanity for the hotel industry.

Liked: We have stayed at this property multiple times because we love the location by the airport!
Disliked: I always use booking.com for my reservations! Unfortunately this time, the Double Tree overbooked because of a conference and sold our reservation! I had a confirmation number and everything! The staff was incredibly Rude, and I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone not to stay there also! I will continue to use Booking.com, because it was not their fault, also this room was already paid for and they still said they didn’t have our reservation!

Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Was unexpectedly really quiet to be by the airport. The fridge did cause something to rattle on cabinet but wasn’t too bad.
