Very comfortable and welcoming staff....

Liked: Nice clean, large rooms
Disliked: A bit tricky to get into but plenty of parking spaces

Disliked: There was no fridge in the bedroom only at the lobby

An overall very comfortable stay...

Liked: Love the vibe - very modern and very clean with comfortable beds. The TV was the largest I’ve seen in a hotel room and connected to most popular apps. Great in-room coffee too!
Disliked: The hotel shares a parking lot with a Boston Pizza, Dairy Queen and a gas station, and is right next to the highway, and is what the rooms look onto, which is kind of a bummer for Kelowna. The AC units are pretty loud as well, but not terrible if you enjoy white noise to sleep.

Liked: Breakfast and location were good!
Disliked: There were no water glasses, no spare blankets, no spare pillows, no info booklet, no microwave, no fridge,The HVAC PTAC unit sounded like a diesel engine running in the room 24/7 and like a helicopter overhead, when the compressor started.

Disliked: They dont have toilet brush they dont have sleepers they dont have fridge and you cant make it dark window make you wake up early with light coming inside

Very good

Liked: Since the hotel is under renovation, everything in the room appeared to be new. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room itself was also clean and spacious. Had everything you could need. Didn't have a fridge but front desk let us know that there was a communal fridge in the lobby you could use.

Liked: It is good enough for breakfast.Location is abit far to downtown.
Disliked: Please improve the wifi whis was very hard to connect. Totally I can't connect to wifi .

people, especially the night lady friendly and helpful. Beds comfy. rooms clean. good place to stay
