Liked: Breakfast was so so.
Disliked: I booked this reservation with breakfast included. But they charged me for it. Said that my reservation does not include breakfast. I was kind of annoyed that my reservation made through booking.com did not jive with the front desk computer. Please fix it.

Liked: The front desk attendant was great. The hide a bed was broken and super uncomfortable. The couch was dirty. Rest of the room was super clean and comfortable.

I have never stayed at...

Liked: I never stayed at the property. My reservation was not in their system on August 8. I did not stay in April either. They were not helpful when I called and tried to straighten things out for my refund.
Disliked: they did not have my reservation on August 8. In April, I cancelled my reservation 3 days ahead of time and that was not communicated either. A lack of communication between booking.com and this hotel has caused me a lot of stress.

Liked: The staff was great. The lobby was very nice. Having a bar in the hotel was nice also. The breakfast was a little overpriced.

Liked: Clean. Staff was super friendly. However the pool was down, the WiFi took hours before they could connect me and neither of the two tvs worked.
Disliked: However the pool was closed for maintenance and I picked that hotel for the pool, the WiFi took hours before they could connect me and neither of the two tvs worked.
