Great hotel and team and...

Liked: Great property, comfy beds, staff really helpful and the welcome cookie (warm) was such a lovely touch! Also had a great dinner at the restaurant and great breakfast.

Liked: size of the room was great; helpful staff; lovely bathroom
Disliked: 1 the room was cold - air conditioning didn't work, nor did the extraction fan in the bathroom. We had to get a blanket and heaters brought into the room2 only provided instant coffee in the room - no coffee maker or plunger coffee (tea bags were available)3 breakfast was expensive for what was offered 4 we wouldn't stay again
