Disliked: Promotes at high end, I didn’t feel it. However it was pleasant place to stay

Great Location and great staff...

Liked: I like that check out was 12pm and cause we have a flight at 1.45 they let us check out an hour later which was great cause the weather outside was very cold and wet.
Disliked: The room temperature 18 was the lowest and still to hot for us

Exceptional

Loved every minute

Liked: Exceptional stand out service. Staff couldn't be more friendly or attentive, from front desk, to Management, to cleaners. During our brief stay we came across them all and they were very friendly and it felt genuine. Extremely clean rooms and great facilities. Very elegant hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Also had some lovely special touches that made our stay just that little bit more special.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location. Lovely building. Clean and modern.

Heritage city stay.

Liked: Great location on Lambton Quay right near all the shops. Lovely heritage building. Super comfy bed and roomy room. Friendly staff. Will stay here again for sure.
Disliked: The rubbish bin was tiny so we couldn't fit our rubbish. Also, there is a desk but no table for having a meal.

A pleasant stay, like always.

Liked: Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and room is five star.
