Liked: I like the cleanliness, staff and the restaurant below.
Disliked: The elevators were tight, the rooms were small for the price and the hallways were very hot.

Stay was great - good...

Liked: Breakfast was good but the service was super slow - many people complaining for breakfast and the manager didn't seem to care but said the waiter will be right with you. Other than that the food was great.
Disliked: Ice machines broke on several floors - not working on Floors 5, 6, or 3...difficult to travel around to different floors to see where the ice was. Staff in the lobby were not helpful and were not aware of the ice machine issue. Also Elevators were terrible this time - wouldn't take you to the right floors. Several of us were on an elevator, used our room keys yet the Elevator had a mind of it's own and would not land on the right floors selected. Had to get out and take the stairs .

Liked: Location and onsite restaurant.
Disliked: The primary door to the beach was broken. When asking the staff about a timeframe for repair they seemed like they could care less. We had to walk through the nice restaurant with our beach gear to access the beach which was pretty annoying. I would not have enjoyed it if I was trying to enjoy a nice meal either.

Liked: This hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was awesome. Checking in and out was easy, and the front desk staff was very nice.
Disliked: The hallway and elevators were hot, and the ice machine was not working.
