Disliked: The coffee pot didn't work. The lady at the front desk said we could get coffee when they started serving at 7am. Instead of fixing the problem. Towels were never replaced. Sheets weren't changed. The shower leaked onto the floor. There was no a/c in the hallways or elevators during a heat wave. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. When I went down to the lobby to purchase two $3 Cokes, the guy we needed to pay was on his smoke break and seemed very irritated that we were there. I have stayed at last minute, $50 a night hotels and received better service and better amenities. Hilton should take their name off of this chain.

Disliked: Wish the bathrooms were bigger but all the rooms are the same size and it was certainly sufficient.
