Modern, clean, comfy hotel with...

Liked: Modern, clean, high-tech hotel. Very friendly staff, delicious food. Rooms are spacious, clean, new. Loved that it is housed in the old FIAT factory.
Disliked: If someone is interested to spend more time in central Torino, need to take the metro (5 stops), as it is far from the historical centre. There is a pleasant walk along the river, which we did and enjoyed very much, but it takes 1.5 hours to reach the city centre.

Wonderful place to stay at...

Liked: Historical location in Fiat factory and test track, close to city centre accessible by The metro, staff were very friendly and professional and gave a warm complimentary Doubletree cookie, everything was clean and big floor to ceiling windows in the room that had a automatic sunshade, blind, and a blackout curtain, there are some subtle nods that reference the historic Fiat factory for example a Fiat car headlight was used as a standing light, There was also wonderful breakfast with a large variety of hot foods.
Disliked: There was a lack of privacy in the bathroom. It had glass walls and a glass door of course they were frosted but still. And the door did not lock to the bathroom.

Liked: Was ok for a short visit, free parking which was really great
Disliked: We payed at check in and we were asked to pay at check out again, we had to prove the payment. That wasn’t very profesional.

Liked: Perfect hotel situated in an Italian icon property. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The staff in the restaurants...

Liked: One of the reception staff - trainee was a bit not happy to communicate with me and impatient
Disliked: I love the staff in the restaurant. Very professional and kind. Food was ok but the waiters kindness made me much happier to dine in or have coffee from the restaurant always. All of them were very respectful, kind and professional.
