DoubleTree by Hilton Turin Lingotto is a restored car factory which has become a design hotel. Connected to Lingotto Conference Center near Politecnico University and 1969 feet from the Lingotto Metro Station. The building has free WiFi. It was restored by architect Renzo Piano and features a large central hall with natural light from the glass-roof above. The hotel's café and restaurant serves contemporary cuisine in a unique atmosphere. Rooms at the DoubleTree include an LCD TV allergy-free materials floor-to-ceiling windows and bathroom with multi-sensory shower.

staff great, questionable neighborhood safety

Liked: arhitecture
Disliked: Safety. We were warned about the safety of the car in the parking lot (nothing should be left in the car), and warned not to open the door to anyone knocking on the room door until we checked with the reception.

Fantastic hotel. Nice room, comfy...

Liked: Room with very high ceiling, easy parking, nice looking interior of the building, next to shopping center, comfy bed, USB in the wall outlets
Disliked: nothing really, all was good

Disliked: The restaurant food choices weren't great and it would have been helpful to have some tourist information about how to get around
