Loved that it was walking distance to the BOK Center. Room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Disliked: I had previously changed my booking day from 3/18 to 3/17, and I had received a confirmation email for the change. When I arrived the front desk person said she couldnt find my reservation , and that it was still for 3/17. I showed her my confirmation, and she did resolve the situation and was able to get me a room for the night. However, she kept bringing up the fact that I booked the room through a 3rd party (booking.com), and that that was the cause of the issue...

Disappointing and never again.
Liked: Indoor swimming pool. Although water was cold and hot tub was broken.
Disliked: No fridge or microwave in room. Hot tub was broken. Pool was cold. Room was next to a maintenance closet on a fairly slow night. Bed was horrible uncomfortable and I am not a picky bed person. Signage was terrible in hotel. Very hard to get into hotel(poor signage and massive road construction). Atmosphere inside lobby was stale and uninviting. Very disappointing overall. Especially for the price paid and previous stays at other Doubletrees.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic and reasonably price. Most hotels were not offering breakfast at that time. The hotel was completely booked for the first time in 6 months. The staff did everything they could to make our stay safe and comfortable. I will definitely stay next year.

Liked: Nothing impressed us.
Disliked: We needed transport to airport at 5:30am. Hotel told us they wouldn't have anybody available at that hour and we got stuck with a $30 taxi ride. Room had no refrigerator. There is another Double Tree that picks up at the airport. Pick the right shuttl

Liked: Everything was excellent from the service desk to the restaurant and the extra amenities.
Disliked: There was not a fridge or microwave in the room. Which was very disappointing.
