Disliked: My husband and I came to the property for the night to attend an event at the music hall. We drove down to Tucson from Cave Creek and went to the restaurant on the property for dinner. We only had an hour before the event. We were seated and then waited over 30 min before we got up and left. Not one staff member came over to check on us or even give us water. They looked over at our table multiple times and then continued to ignore us. The restaurant also was not very busy so there was no reason for why there should have been that long of a wait to be served. My husband and I left and werent able to eat before the show. When we got out of the show it was 9:30 and we had 30 min left for room service to be available. We ordered room service and after 45 min got our food that was cold. We ordered 3 things and one of them was missing along with any utensils. This meal cost over $100 and an additional delivery room service fee. We were completely disappointed with the service and overall experience. We are loyal hyatt members but this was a terrible inconvenience and experience for a one night stay.
