Great location, great staff, value...

Liked: Good location, value for money
Disliked: It is personal but the bed was a bit soft, and AC a bit noisy

Lovely rooms, helpful staff, great...

Liked: We were upgraded into an amazing room with an atrium and a sitting area. There was free water and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent to tour Trieste and was close to the port, useful as we had just departed a cruise.
Disliked: That we had to leave the room ☺️

Unfortunately, fell short of expectations...

Liked: Location and helpful staff.
Disliked: 1. Accessibility - Difficult to take luggage into and out of the hotel. I understand that it’s an old building, which needs to be preserved, however having a ramp will make it easier. 2. Housekeeping - We needed to remind them to clean the room late in the afternoon. 3. Housekeeping - Only 1 bath towel put after cleaning. Also, not enough tea, coffee and milk for 2 people.

Liked: Location. Housekeeping high standard.
Disliked: Reception staff not very welcoming. Restaurant staff definitely not welcoming. No restaurant or lounge or bar space to relax.
