Liked: Great location. Close to downtown attractions. Excellent Restaurants right at property. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room was small.Did not like the hangers arrangement and very small closet for hanging clothes. Never got our cookies, they ran out both around midnight when we checked in as well as noon time when we checked out.

Liked: Beautiful suite with an extremely comfortable bed. We had a view of the Toronto sign from our window -- couldn't have picked a better spot. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, at most 30 minutes to some of the furtherest sights.
Disliked: The WIFI was spotty or completely out throughout our entire stay which was extremely disappointing.

Overall very happy with our...
Liked: Lovely hotel very clean. Comfortable bed. We had a room on the 9th floor with 2windows.facing the CN tower. Just lovely to look at night. Front desk made you feel very welcome. An added touch are the warm chocolate chip cookies they give you when you check in. This hotel is close to all tourist areas.
Highly recommend this hotel. Staff always had a smile for you.

Long Weekend Trip
Liked: The location was very convenient. Really close walk to the Toronto sign in Nathan Phillips Square. Close walk to restaurants. The property was clean and the staff very friendly. Fresh baked cookies and complimentary Hilton Honors water everyday. Parking was $35 a day but convenient to have in/out privileges to move around the city since most activities are with a 4-10 min drive.
Disliked: Everything was great at this property!

Liked: Location Bed is comfyStaff is helpful, nice and polite
Disliked: Its not a 4 stars. Would say it's a solid 3 stars.Very Bad isolation, gap of 1/2" below the door, could hear everyone in the corridor. Shower is not comfy, water pressure is too low.
