The only problem was that we would have liked to have coffee in the lobby instead of lemon water - cold, damp weather was not a draw to lemon water; in the morning there was coffee but that coffee wasn't hot. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was kind and polite.

Liked: Clean; quiet; polite staff.
Disliked: No coffee in lobby.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay at the Double Tree in Tinton Falls, NJ. The hotel was really nice - rooms were immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Atleast it’s clean

Liked: The property was clean but the staff is not friendly did not help when we asked for a cart for our clothes/ bags ( we were there for a wedding) we were told “it’s around here somewhere”When I asked for a price adjustment of roughly $20 for the wedding price I was told “ no, we can’t do that. “ the manager would not even come discuss it apparently . The morning coffee was gross and $5 a cup! I left and thought atleast it was clean.
