Liked: It was nice and clean and room was huge
Disliked: Very busy, people were loud at night. Coach trips took over

Okay.

Liked: Light and airy reception space and the gym was a good bonus.
Disliked: The staff were not informed about assistance dogs and the rights of disabled people when it comes to this. Thus you get treated as though you are simply with a pet dog not an assistance dog. It would have prove too embarrassing in the public domain to have to worry about explaining the meaning and rights of the individual person and that around an assistance dog. I did mention this to staff when refused entry to the dining room for example but they just questioned it and was confused about what i meant when stating’their an assistance animal/dog’ so we were excluded and refused entry which is illegal because you are refusing the individual person entry not the dog.. just aa if you were refusing a wheelchair into the same space. The staff members just said, i dont know what you are talking about but you can not come in here with them! We were then told to go and sit somewhere in the reception area if we wanted to have breakfast or dinner, to which we then had to create our own space to eat by move furniture (with tables much lower) and collecting our own cutlery etc.. not nice to be made to feel like that or to have to then spend the time arranging the space the best you can whilst other people are looking on, wondering why you are doing so clearly confused themselves. Very u comfortable sitting arrangement to eat.

Disliked: resturant offers poor selection of meals, and prices a little high. A little impersonal

Nice hotel stay in Swindon

Liked: Staff were greatRooms were very clean Hot cookies for the kids on arrival was a nice touch
Disliked: The only thing I can fault is the fixed showers without the flexible hose etc, hotel should maybe provide shower caps. Shower could do with a bit of an update.Otherwise I don’t think I can fault it, was a nice hotel.

Liked: Foyer and room looked nice. Good size.
Disliked: Bathroom felt very very tired and consistent with much lower budget hotels.Bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat.The air con made a rattling noise which kept me awake - had to turn it off.Could also hear noises from the room above.
