Lovely room, comfortable stay

Liked: Lovely room, very spacious for us, our toddler and 2 dogs.
Disliked: I think it was great for the price, I don't think anything was wrong

Awful experience

Liked: Didn't have much chance within two hours to experience anything apart from the disgust I was met with.
Disliked: The human feaces that was on the bed duvet. Disgusting!! When I put in a complaint to the customer service team/ managerial it was just dismissed by email that there wasn't any, so calling me a liar too. I wouldn't stay there again or advice any friends, family or my employees to go there. Treated unfairly and I will be reporting my findings with photo evidence to external services after the appalling room and aftercare service. Unreal.

Ok but not the best

Liked: Breakfast was good lots of choice, check in was quick, bathroom clean
Disliked: Had to move room 3 times due to unclean bedding, the staff were helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Beds not very comfortable and made loud noise every time you moved. Bar staff not the happiest of people.
