3 star at the most.

Liked: Being so close to the concert and we had a shuttle to and from.
Disliked: Room was too warm; debris under furniture; carpet was dirty. We went to the bar and a beer was 8.50; two rounds were 34.00. For 2 people it was not a 4.5 star hotel.

Excellent service in a premium facility.

Liked: The room was good, location was fantastic. It was on the other side of the street of Sawgrass Mill Mall. We had a rental and everything was near by.
Disliked: I ordered a few things online and had them delivered to the hotel. The hotel charged me 10 dollars per package.

Disliked: Rooms need to be updated. Response time could be better. When I checked in there was no shower curtain for the tub. I stopped by the front desk when I was going out and I told them that I needed a shower curtain and face towels the front desk agent assured me that she would send someone up. I went out and came back around midnight to take a shower and still no shower curtain nor face towels. I called the front desk and requested the same items again. About 20 minutes later someone showed up with the shower curtain and handed it to me. She then told me that I had to put the shower curtain up because housekeeping had left already. I then told her that is not my job to put up a shower curtain. Im paying to be at the resort and Im mint putting it up. She then came in and put the shower curtain up and then left. The next day housekeeping came and tidied up and beds were poorly made and the garbage wasnt thrown out. The rooms were fair but needs to be upgraded. Not sure if I will stay there again. The manager gave me coupons for free breakfast for the next two day but I didnt used them. Staff was pleasant.
