Liked: Being so close to the concert and we had a shuttle to and from.
Disliked: Room was too warm; debris under furniture; carpet was dirty. We went to the bar and a beer was 8.50; two rounds were 34.00. For 2 people it was not a 4.5 star hotel.

Excellent service in a premium facility.

Great location for going to...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. They answered our questions. The circumstances were not their fault but a very frustrating situation.
Disliked: The systems were down apparently when we arrived. We had to wait an additional two hours to check in upon arrival. The kitchen was not open so we had to walk in the rain to get something to eat after a long day of travel. The room was spacious but there were stickers and garbage left from the people before.

Disliked: Their computers were down so we got checked into a half cleaned room. We had to wait for them to finish cleaning it while we were in the room.

Nice place close to sawgrass...

Disliked: For what it is, breakfast is too expensive.And they charge you for any package received, for example, something from amazon.

Superb

Liked: The burger at the restaurant is pricey, but astonishingly good. We were here to attend a family celebration in one of the ballrooms. The room was comfy, the food at the event was very good.
Disliked: I could do with more clothes hangers in the closet. I brought dresses for South Florida heat and humidity, and had to fold some of them over a skirt hanger. This is just a suggestion, not really a complaint.
