Had fun in the sun!

Liked: the breakfast was good. Lots of options. We had other family join us at the pool for a little bit and this was not an issue with the hotel. My husband liked that he could smoke at the pool. Loved they had fans to use.
Disliked: The toilet in the room never seemed to really flush. We dealt with it. Bathroom really small for what seems like business suite. Could not figure out how to get a channel on the living room TV, luckily I let the kids bring electronics. We would have liked to play music within reason at the pool.

Liked: Hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to the airport,even though a shuttle is offered. The center court with fountain , pool and umbrella tables was so relaxing after traveling. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities...and of course the yummy chocolate chip cookies.
Disliked: If all had to make one complaint it would be the bed pillows are too hard, I prefer something a bit softer pillow.

Liked: I did not like one single thing, we were out on the third floor by the elevator that did not work, we went out to the store two times for emergency supplies and both times we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour because our door was broken and only the maintenance guy who was offsite had the tools to open it, so there we were in the lobby at midnight waiting to get access to our room, the second night we were told it was fixed but when we went out the same thing happened.
Disliked: We were there celebrating our wedding, not only were we locked out of our room with all of our stuff in the room but there was also roaches in the fridge that our food was in, when we came in to grab a drink we noticed two roaches crawling around. We asked to speak with a manager about all the issues we had to deal with and were told since we booked on a third party website they could not address our concerns, however that makes no sense seeing as how they are the managers and employees of that hotel. Just terrible customer service all around.
