Liked: The property had a good view. The office staff was very nice and tried to help.
Disliked: I had no idea that when I booked this trip there was an event going on. They gave a room right over the event which lasted until 2 almost 3am. Being loud, and couldn’t sleep. They shouldn’t have given us a room on that side of the property. They could have give us on the opposite end of it. When I went to complain, the girl at the front said “well they are paying customers”, (not rude but factual)but I am a paying customer too!!The room seemed clean just had old dingy/stained furniture. I had uncle and his wife stay here. Then my aunt and her husband as well and they weren’t happy.I picked this place cause it was the closest to my family event

Disliked: The room was freezing and couldn’t heat up. Staff had to hand out space heaters.

Disliked: The pool was not heated the hot tub was green the fridge didn’t work and neither did the tv …. But honestly I wasn’t there to use any of it
