Great hotel with lovely staff

Liked: The staff were fantastic. Everyone I met, was cheerful and professional. A special thank you to Gwen who was so welcoming after a long and difficult journey! I will definitely choose this hotel when next in the area.

Disliked: We went to the wrong double tree it was terrifying driving to centre of Glasgow why 2 hotels is same city with same name?Food was OK but why chillies or heat on everything?I am dyspraxic and it burns even if mild

Clean and comfortable hotel with...

Liked: Little extra touches for being a gold member. All staff said hello to us.
Disliked: Just the distance to the city centre and how expensive taxis were. Maybe the hotel could do a daily shuttle service to the local train station or into the city.
