Liked: The location. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: On arrival there was difficulty syncing the room card so had to wait for that. There was a party in one of the main rooms and the music was extremely loud and went on until about midnight which meant I was struggling to sleep and a few guests commented on this. There was a hair in the scrambled egg at breakfast. I had booked through booking.com and booked to pay later but had to give a card details to reserve the room. On checking out I was advised that the payment had already been taken even though I didn't want the payment on that card. I did ask on arrival if I needed to do anything or make a payment and was told not. At checkout I was advised that the incorrect action had been taken at check in which meant I was refunded on one card and then made the payment on the preferred card. I also noticed that none of the doors soft close so you hear doors banging as people enter and leave their rooms.

Disliked: Not very much choice on tv,one of the pool girls singled me out and told me no phones yet there were 7 other people using phones including her.

Liked: Breakfast was good, and swimming pool facilities.
Disliked: The room was very dated, bed was ridiculously creaky and mattress was like cardboard. Walls are like paper, heard every word my neighbour was saying. I booked this as a relaxing night away for me and my daughter, it was far from relaxing.
